This eight-story building houses 285 women and 422 men in separate wings. Originally named Cumberland Hall, it was renamed in honor of former Governor Frank G. Clement. Clement is air-conditioned and offers suite rooms. Each room has a lofted bed with a desk underneath the bed. Features of the building include: meeting rooms, laundry rooms, sunroof, kitchen, computer room, lounge with big-screen television, post office, music room, and weight room. The Clement courtyard has basketball courts. Visitation options C is offered. Clement is located adjacent to Strong Hall on Cumberland Avenue.
