| Morrill Hall is named
for Senator Justin Morrill, father of the Morrill Federal Land Grant
Act, passed by Congress in 1862. Located immediately east of the
Apartment Residence Hall, Morrill houses approximately 317 men and
441 women living on separate floors.
Rooms are arranged in suites. Each floor has a television lounge.
Additional facilities include: music room, study rooms, laundry
room, post office, recreation room, multipurpose room, and kitchen.
Morrill Cafeteria, located on the second floor, is quite popular
because of the small community atmosphere it provides. Visitation
option C is offered. Residents are required to be on a meal
plan.
