South Carrick is located in the Presidential Complex and named after a former UT president. South Carrick, adjacent to North Carrick, houses 531 women. Visitation options A, B and C are available. Located in the building are a kitchen, music room, laundry room, conference room, TV lounge, study room on each floor, sun roof, and post office. Also located within this complex is the Presidential Court Building which houses the All-American Grill & Grocery featuring Chick-fil-A, Pizza Hut, and a host of other food outlets. Additional facilities include a book and supply store, and computer labs. All of the residence hall rooms are arranged in suites and are air-conditioned. All residents in the complex are required to be on a meal plan. The complex is located across from the aquatic center, Tom Black Track, tennis courts, and the Health, Physical Education & Recreation Building.
