The Golf Range Apartments consist of 420 apartments, located approximately three miles west of the main campus. These apartments are two story brick veneer buildings, grouped in pairs, with a common flight of stairs at each end of the court.

There are 141 one-bedroom apartments and 279 two-bedroom apartments. Approximately 80 one-bedroom and 70 two-bedroom apartments are furnished. Each apartment has electric heating and cooling, electric range and refrigerator. The floors are covered with vinyl tile throughout. (A small number of second story apartments have wall-to-wall carpeting. You may indicate a preference for carpet in the notes section of the application.)

Water and sewage costs are included in the monthly rental rate; residents pay their own electricity, telephone and cable television charges.

The service building houses the laundry room, recreation room, bus waiting area, maintenance shop and the resident manager's office. Additional recreational facilities include a swimming pool, wading pool , three playground areas, tennis courts and a basketball court.

Numerous shopping centers, restaurants, churches, and schools are located near the apartments.
