Laurel Apartments, located four blocks north of the main campus, is a 14 story building with a total of 316 apartments 1 and 2 bedroom furnished apartments. Each apartment has electric heating and cooling, electric range, refrigerator, garbage disposal and vinyl floor tile throughout. Laurel is classified as "C" visitation. Laurel is closed during semester breaks.

Recreational facilities include a swimming pool, and a recreation room. Laundry facilities are located on the first floor of the building. Large lobbies on each floor are conducive to meeting friends or hosting large gatherings.

Rental rates at Laurel include: water, electricity, cable tv, and data connectivity. Landline telephone service may be activated through telephone services for an additional monthly charge.
