Laurel Apartments, located four blocks north of the main campus, is a 14 story building with a total of 316 apartments 1 and 2 bedroom furnished apartments. Each apartment has electric heating and cooling, electric range, refrigerator, garbage disposal and vinyl floor tile throughout.

Recreational facilities include a swimming pool, and a recreation room. Laundry facilities are located on the first floor of the building. Large lobbies on each floor are conducive to meeting friends or hosting large gatherings.
