Sutherland Apartments, located next to Golf Range Apartments, consist of 13, three-story, buildings with a total of 420 apartments. There are 244 one-bedroom apartments, 138 two-bedroom apartments, and 38 three-bedroom apartments. Approximately 120 one-bedroom, 30 two-bedroom, and 10 three-bedroom apartments are furnished. Each apartment has electric heating and cooling, electric range, refrigerator and wall to wall carpet.

The service building houses the laundry room, recreation room, bus waiting area, maintenance shop and the resident manager's office. Additional recreational facilities include a swimming pool, wading pool , two playground areas, tennis courts and a basketball court.

Water and sewage costs are included in the monthly rental rate; residents pay their own electricity, telephone and cable television charges.
